Position Summary:

VJ Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join its accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle AR process, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and customer account reconciliation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate billing.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
  • Support audits and provide documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • This position is 100% onsite at VJ Technologies' Bohemia, NY location.
