A privately held company, designs, manufactures; markets and distributes a variety of stuffed toy & novelty products for outdoor amusement parks and attractions, location-based indoor family entertainment centers and vending companies that operate skill crane machines.

The role

As a member of our product development team, you will become a key creative developer. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying product concepts, trends and ideas
  • Developing specifications to allow factories to produce products that match 'your vision'
  • Working with our in-house graphic designers to develop mock-ups, concepts and final art
  • Liaising with external brand holders to ensure their valued IP is replicated to their standards
  • Coordinating the design, supply and delivery of samples
  • Managing the quality control process for each product
  • Create product presentations for external stakeholders

Skills and experience

  • Ability to specify and design an original product from the ground up
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Adobe Suite Skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
  • Experience with visual merchandising
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized record keeping & documentation
  • Good time management and ability to work towards product release deadlines
  • Self-Motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
