CondoTek is seeking a Director of Fulfillment. The Director of Fulfillment is a senior executive responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of the entire order fulfillment process, from point of sale to final delivery and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing operations, managing teams, controlling costs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Management: Overseeing daily business operations across all fulfillment departments.
- Strategy Implementation: Working with Leadership to implement strategic plans and procedures, effectively turning the Leadership's vision into practical, executable steps for growth.
- Efficiency and Process Improvement: Analyzing internal operations, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing new processes and technologies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Building: Leading, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing management team and staff to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Performance Monitoring: Developing and tracking key performance indicators and data analysis to measure operational success and organizational progress, making corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring operational compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and standards, while developing strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Pipeline Management: Overseeing daily departmental team operations, including queue and pipeline management, pipeline capacity and pipeline efficiency.
- Quality Control & Customer Experience: Implementing quality control measures and standard operating procedures to ensure high standards. Collaborating with Customer Service and Customer Success to address any order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years in mortgage lending operations with a minimum of five years in a senior leadership role.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, manage, and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the "bigger picture," plan for the long term, and translate strategy into action.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Aptitude for quickly diagnosing problems, anticipating outcomes, and making sound, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125, $150,000.00 per year
