Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment for the Holiday season. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Assist in managing reservations and waitlists effectively to optimize seating arrangements.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone.
  • A passion for guest relations, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated during their time at our establishment.

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
