We've got more off-market leads than closers to work them. If you're a hungry, driven deal-maker who loves the thrill of the hunt, we want you on our team. We bring the leads, systems, and ELEVATION centric training. You bring the hustle, follow-up, and ability to turn conversations into contracts and closed deals.
A person in this role should be making $250k+ after the first year with significant upside as we grow the division.

What You'll Do
Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold off-market leads
Work our 7-touch follow-up plan like a pro and keep the pipeline moving
Write offers daily on the MLS and direct-to-seller opportunities
Book appointments and meet sellers face-to-face
Use our CRM religiously to track, prioritize, and follow up
Attend bi-weekly sales training and sharpen your edge
Re-list flips purchased by ELEVATION and our clients which you source
Report directly to our CEO, collaborate with the Dispositions Agent to sell wholesale deals transparently
Partner with the Transaction Manager to ensure smooth, drama-free closings
What You Bring
2+ years of sales experience preferred (outbound phone sales a big plus)
Tenacious follow-up and strong organizational skills
Coachable, competitive, and team-first mindset
Comfort writing offers and meeting sellers in person
CRM fluency and a bias for action
Active Colorado real estate license is a plus but not required
Reliable Transportation
How We Work
Average 40 hours/week, primarily Monday–Friday
Occasional evenings/weekends when meeting sellers or listing properties
Work at the beautiful Broadway Collective, real estate focused co-work space owned by ELEVATION
Compensation & Perks
Bi-weekly base draw against commissions
Commissions between 20%-30% of acquisition
Quarterly bonus opportunities + listing referral fees
Stock options, revenue share, and healthcare options via the eXp Realty team at ELEVATION
