Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to expand our business footprint and build lasting relationships with corporate clients. In this role, you will actively pursue new business opportunities, close existing deals, and deliver business solutions that meet client needs. Your energetic approach to sales, combined with strategic CRM management and product knowledge, will help propel our growth forward. This position offers an exciting chance to leverage your expertise in business development, overcoming objections, and customer service to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. You can literally write your own paycheck with this opportunity. There are upfront direct commissions you can earn and back-end residual income that you can build over time marketing our services. We also offer a retirement plan once you are vested and earning $20K plus per month

Duties

  • Prospect and generate leads through your existing B2B relationships, cold calling, networking events, and targeted outreach anywhere in the US.
  • Share our services with prospective clients, highlighting our Tax Savings Benefits Plan and other services tailored to their business needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed your sales goals.
  • Manage existing clients through the process from A to Z by nurturing relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software such as GOALS to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Overcome client objections and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand presence and generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or financial sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients at the same time
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills essential for building trust and closing deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software like GOALS or similar platforms for lead management and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies
  • Knowledge of different closing techniques and inside/outside sales processes
  • Ability to share the services we offer confidently while addressing questions from clients.
  • Strong sales closing skills needed to get the client through the entire process.
