Title and Summary

Manager, Product Manager-Technical, Data PlatformMastercard's AI & Data Operations team is looking for a Product Manager to drive and materialize Mastercard's enterprise data platform. The ideal candidate has experience in cloud data infrastructure or software Product Management in a matrixed organization and is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role
In this role, you will: Set direction for how Mastercard will build and scale data infrastructure & capabilities to our market-facing teams, for both internal uses and commercial products Lead discovery and day-to-day conceptualization of the 1 –2 year strategic roadmap, focused on solving business and customer needs Partner closely with Engineering and other technical partners to develop and execute a roadmap Identify potential short- and medium-term risks to data modernization and lead efforts to address them Represent strategic position when working across functional areas, building relationships across teams to drive organizational goals, and influence direction across the enterprise Establish quantifiable KPIs for each solution and develop processes to measure them recurringly Drive adoption of existing platforms and gather feedback to inform broader strategy Leverage data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to leadership

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Excellent project management skills and experience leading product development cross-functional projects and teams

• Experience with associated technologies to partner effectively with other PM-Ts, TPMs, SDEs Proficiency in developing a project plan or product roadmap, and experience in developing and prioritizing a product backlog

• Skills in process improvement, focused on accelerating delivery, driving innovation, lowering costs, and improving quality

• Background in technology, data infrastructure, cloud technologies, or related areas

• An ability to recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
