The Senior Manager, Creative – Video & Photography at Docebo will lead the high-level vision, strategy, and creative direction for all video and photography initiatives across the brand. This role is responsible for shaping a global, scalable visual storytelling framework that drives brand elevation, creative innovation, and cross-functional alignment. Unlike tactical production roles, this position focuses on long-term creative strategy, investment planning, and global enablement ensuring every visual expression of the brand is compelling, consistent, and future-ready. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand building, and enterprise-level creative systems.
To succeed in this role, you must bring a bold creative vision and a strategic mindset to every aspect of visual storytelling. You're not just producing content, you're shaping how the brand shows up in the world through video and photography. This role requires a high level of autonomy, creative leadership, and the ability to translate brand goals into scalable, globally resonant visual frameworks. You thrive in setting direction, building systems, and guiding others to elevate their work. A passion for innovative storytelling, a deep understanding of brand building, and the ability to manage creative investments wisely will help you lead the evolution of Docebo's visual identity across every audience and channel.
This role involves regular travel to customer sites, internal and industry events, and corporate offices.
Responsibilities:

- Brand Leadership: Establish and maintain visual standards for video and photography that push creative boundaries while ensuring consistency across all channels, audiences, and regions
- Format Innovation: Identify and champion new storytelling formats, from cinematic brand films to evergreen photography systems, that serve multiple business use cases including marketing, culture, customer advocacy, and thought leadership
- Global Enablement: Design and implement scalable toolkits, creative playbooks, and operating models to empower international and cross-functional teams to create brand-aligned video and photo content independently
- Creative Partnerships: Build and manage a network of world-class production partners, directors, filmmakers, and photographers to support high-impact storytelling at scale
- Investment Planning: Lead the planning and management of video and photography budgets. Prioritize investment based on business needs and brand value, and measure the creative and strategic ROI of key initiatives
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand, product marketing, customer marketing, communications, HR, and other teams to ensure creative strategy aligns with key company priorities and audience goals
- Visual Ecosystem Development: Architect a flexible and modular visual system that supports brand evolution across regions, formats, and channels ensuring cohesion, scalability, and longevity in creative output
- Creative Oversight: Provide high-level guidance and mentorship to internal creatives and external partners to maintain elevated creative standards and inspire innovative execution
- Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent video and photography projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed while coordinating production logistics such as stakeholder and vendor alignment, location planning, and production scheduling
- Video Editing: Provide video editing support, as needed, for special projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a creative leadership role, ideally managing visual content strategy at the brand or enterprise level
- Proven experience developing and executing high-level visual storytelling strategies across global teams, campaigns, and platforms
- Proven track record of managing external creative partners or agencies, and working cross-functionally across departments like brand, product marketing, communications, and HR

- Familiarity with brand development, visual identity systems, and enterprise content governance
- Experience managing creative budgets and prioritizing high-impact investment across video and photo initiatives
