Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales presentations with current and potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
  • Generate sales by building relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
  • Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments in the industry.
  • No cold calling Leads are prequalified and provided by the Company.

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
  • Must have an active in good standing Real Estate License or Timeshare Certificate based upon state requirements. 
  • Ability to deliver consistently high-quality presentations.
  • Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
  • Requires excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with a diverse group to negotiate win-win solutions.
  • Must possess a dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • Organizational and leadership skills are required, and a general professional appearance and attitude must be maintained.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
