Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary Member & Program Associate to join their team in Washington, DC for 6 months

About The Job:

  • Respond to member inquiries by email/phone, handle membership outreach, and cold call new members.
  • Support all organization memberships and manage the membership database.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system both hardcopy and electronic.
  • Troubleshoot for websites and other areas. Escalate as necessary.
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned.

About You:

  • 1+ years of membership experience in an association is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; An associates degree is required.
  • Strong MS Suite skills, especially Excel, are required.
  • Must be able to travel 3-4 times per year.
  • Collaborative with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Manage changing priorities with ease.

About the Position:

  • $24/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience.
  • Temporary for 6 months.
  • Strong potential for this position to become permanent.
  • Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
  • Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
