Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Economic Associate, located in Washington, DC with some work-from-home flexibility. The Economic Associate will be responsible for conducting economic research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. This role will involve developing economic models, performing statistical analyses, collaborating with team members, and presenting findings to clients. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the development of proprietary data and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all analyses and reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with data analysis and economic modeling
  • Proficiency in statistical software and tools such as Stata, R, or SAS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective presentation of findings
  • Experience in producing reports, white papers, and other deliverables to convey complex information
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Understanding of public policy and economics, with experience in the economic impacts of legislation and regulations preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
