Manufacturing Sales / SaaS Sales Experience Welcomed

1. Account Executive_Enterprise 2. Account Exectutive_Mid-Market

Strategic Sales Execution: Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand the market share.

Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with key decision-makers within client organizations to understand their needs and align the solutions.

Customer Engagement: Commit to being in person with customers 50% of the time to build trust, understand their unique needs, and tailor solutions that deliver unmatched value.

Prospecting and Proposal Development: Dedicate 35% of your time to actively prospecting new clients and 25% to crafting clear, compelling proposals that address client needs.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in B2B sales

Familiarity with complex sales processes and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

3. Pre Sales Specialist

This role requires a
consulting mindset
to drive the AI transformation sales process.

You will
lead strategic proposal ownership
, crafting pitches and materials that are
data-supported
and clearly articulate the customer value proposition. A key responsibility is developing
deep customer and product insight
across industry trends to position the company as a strategic partner.

Crucially, you will conduct
data-driven value discovery
, forming hypotheses and running analysis on large customer data to find
quantifiable value addition
. This analysis is a core strength and focus. Finally, you will provide
onsite expert support
to the Field Sales (FS) team, leveraging broad product knowledge and storytelling skills to deliver impactful presentations, support deal progression, and achieve closure.

Qualifications:

Strong Data Analytic Skill: Prefer candidates with coding ability (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with AI concepts.

Manufacturing Background Preferred: Prior experience or deep familiarity with the manufacturing sector is a strong plus for both data analysis and business development support.

4.Customer Success Manager

You will
lead customer onboarding
, ensuring rapid adoption and satisfaction by delivering simple, persona-specific technical training. Crucially, you will act as a
trusted advisor
, building multi-level relationships (including executive sponsors) through regular meetings and business reviews to maximize their use case potential.

A core focus is on
customer retention
; you will monitor health metrics to prevent churn and proactively identify growth opportunities. Finally, you will
advocate for the customer
internally by capturing the
Voice of the Customer (VOC)
