OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Marion, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision manufacturing, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Why choose Acloche?At Acloche, we are invested in the success of our employees.
