Join PEMCCO as a Project Engineer/Technical Analyst, where you'll support the integration of engineering, design, and construction data into CPM schedules, risk analyses, and cost controls. Essential Functions

  • Coordinate work‑breakdown structure (WBS) alignment between design and construction teams.
  • Validate design deliverables for milestone consistency and scope completeness.
  • Support schedule risk modeling, float path analysis, and logic validation.
  • Manage change‑order and scope‑change tracking logs.
  • Assist in preparing design coordination and submittal schedules.

Competencies

  • Strong understanding of engineering design processes and construction sequencing.
  • Analytical ability to interpret technical drawings and integrate them into CPM schedules.
  • Effective communicator across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 – 8 years of project engineering or technical analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • EIT or PE license.
  • Experience with risk and schedule correlation using Acumen Risk or similar tools.

Compensation

  • $95 – $120 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
