Account Manager (eCommerce) - Hybrid - Competitive Salary
R2 are partnered with a leading marketing agency, who are looking for an Account Manager to oversee client programs and eCommerce assortments for a portfolio of high-profile brands.
This role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and commercial acumen to drive profitable growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
You'll serve as the main client contact, working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable success.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce, merchandising, or retail account management, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Client Partnership:
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships and a deep understanding of each client's goals and industry. - Sales Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue, including promotional planning, cross-selling, and pricing strategies. - Merchandising Strategy:
Guide product and assortment decisions to align with client preferences, market trends, and business objectives. - Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with marketing to design campaigns that boost traffic, conversion, and engagement. - Analytics & Reporting:
Use data to evaluate sales performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report insights to clients. - Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor account coordinators, fostering development and accountability.
