Your Role as an Assistant Manager in Training

  • Learn the ins and outs of our company's sales and customer engagement process through hands-on, in-person training.
  • Build relationships directly with customers and clients by delivering exceptional service and sales solutions that make an impact.
  • Work closely with your team to set daily goals, track performance, and implement strategies that drive sales results.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate other team members to excel in both sales and professional development.
  • Support upper management with operational planning and leadership initiatives.
