creativity and sales
, ideal for self-starters who enjoy connecting with clients and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients in their homes to assess storage needs
  • Use design software to create custom closet solutions
  • Present and sell designs that meet client goals and budgets
  • Provide clear pricing proposals and close the sale
  • Coordinate with our install team to ensure high-quality execution
  • Deliver 5-star customer service from consultation to completion
  • Manage your schedule, leads, and follow-ups independently

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, design, or a related home improvement field
  • Strong communication and people skills — you love helping others
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients
  • Comfortable using technology and design tools (training provided)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in home organization, interior design, or real estate
  • Background in commission-based or consultative sales
  • Knowledge of materials and construction basics
