Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated and compassionate behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide direct mental health services, including therapy and care coordination, to individuals across the lifespan. You will play a key role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions that support healing, personal growth, and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Offer crisis intervention and stabilization services when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with other providers, including primary care and psychiatric prescribers, for coordinated care.
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in accordance with NASW Code of Ethics and HIPAA.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active LCSW license in good standing in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities.
  • Background in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, French, ASL, etc.).
