Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Employee Experience, you are not just managing programs; you are the Chief Architect of our colleague's physical and digital journey across our 25+ global offices. You will define the strategy and product vision that ensures every workspace is not only unique but offers a consistently intuitive, high-performance experience—blending technology and culture seamlessly.

Your primary mandate is to act as the Head of Product Strategy for all tooling, software, and systems that facilitate colleague connection, collaboration, and engagement. You will be a relentless champion for the colleague, driving the successful execution of our modern workplace model, which centers on agile seating arrangements and neighborhood design. This role requires you to masterfully influence and orchestrate execution across the entire Workplace Operations and Engineering ecosystem, serving as the essential partner to our teams in Workplace Engineering, Global Facilities, Enterprise IT Ops, and Business/Operational Intelligence. You will transform our corporate spaces from a static location into a dynamic, technology-enabled destination designed for the future of work.

This role also requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to understand cultural and localized requirements of each individual facility

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a role focused on product strategy, hospitality, or experience design, preferably within a large, global corporate or real estate context.
  • Deep product management expertise in leading the full lifecycle (strategy, roadmap, adoption) of software/systems that enhance employee engagement, space planning, or collaborative services.
  • Proven track record of translating ambiguous "future of work" concepts into actionable, technology-driven strategies, particularly concerning hybrid or flexible seating models (e.g., neighborhood planning).
  • Exceptional ability to drive consensus and influence executive stakeholders across highly specialized groups, including IT, Engineering, and Facilities.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel globally (domestically and internationally) to conduct immersive discovery, ensuring local cultural needs are embedded in the product vision.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience utilizing advanced analytics or Business Intelligence tools to measure workplace strategy effectiveness (e.g., utilization rates, engagement scores) and inform multi-million-dollar capital decisions.
  • A background that combines both physical space design (Facilities) and digital product implementation (IT/Product).
  • Formal product management certification or a demonstrated history of scaling global enterprise technology products.
  • A compelling communications style that inspires both technical teams and non-technical business partners.

Additional Requirements:

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Learn more about the benefits offered by NBCUniversal by visiting the Benefits page of the Careers website. Salary $140,000 - $175,000 (bonus eligible)

Additional Information

As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision. NBCUniversal's policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, veteran status, membership in the uniformed services, genetic information, or any other basis protected by applicable law.

If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran and require support throughout the application and/or recruitment process as a result of your disability, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation. You can submit your request to [email protected].

Although you'll be hired as an NBCU employee, your employment and the responsibilities associated with this job likely will transition to Versant in the future. By joining at this pivotal time, you'll be a part of this exciting company as it takes shape.
