About The Team
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Product leader to join the Enterprise MarTech organization. As part of the role, you will:

  • Own product strategy/definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end to end associate experience used by thousands of marketers at Capital One
  • Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of businesses for evolution of tools, capabilities and processes to accelerate our marketing campaign creation and execution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes - understanding the end to end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation, modernization and simplification.
  • Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams across the companies and, and third parties.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

San Francisco, CA: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
