As an Employee Experience Manager, you will lead and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance culture and colleague engagement globally. You will partner with senior leaders, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement programs, strengthen people processes, and champion the firm's values. This role blends project management, communication, culture-building, and strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, scope, and execute People Experience (PE) projects and programs focused on well-being, engagement, and the future of work.
  • Manage the global People Experience action plan, ensuring accountability, progress tracking, and risk escalation.
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies for PE initiatives, tailoring messages for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
  • Support and grow the firm's Culture Champions network and flagship learning programs.
  • Improve and operationalize systems, processes, and internal communication platforms that support the People Experience function.
  • Embed PE principles into firm-wide people processes such as performance management and feedback.
  • Create toolkits, surveys, and presentations to drive colleague engagement and measure impact.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights and advisory support to regional teams, translating culture and leadership concepts into practical recommendations.
  • Contribute to proposal inputs and internal materials related to People Experience.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years' experience
    in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
  • High proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfort with data visualization.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture.

*** Pay Rate- $68-$70/hour
