Join our dynamic team as a Regulatory Certification Specialist Based in Cincinnati, OH or New Jersey, you will offer an excit-ing opportunity to provide crucial regulatory support to all partners, ensuring compliance with local, federal, and global regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines. Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you'll conduct product reviews, partner with certification agencies, and provide crucial guidance to our teams. Your Title: Regulatory Certification Specialist
Your Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) or New Jersey (Onsite)
Reporting to: Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews to determine product suitability for agency certification.
- Prepare and submit products to certification agencies.
- Provide guidance, and training for Regulatory and teams regarding agency certification requirements.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain data and processes required to support certification.
- Stay updated with latest guidance, industry expectations, and regulations.
- Seek opportunities to enhance certification processes across the business for increased efficiency.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Organic, Halal, and Kosher certification training in the NOAM region.
- Participate in assigned projects.

Your Profile:
- University/Bachelor's Degree in food, biological, or physical sciences.
- 4-6 years of related regulatory experience.
- Knowledge of Micro Soft Office products.
- Working knowledge of dietary certification requirements related to flavors and ingredients.
- Basic understanding of components of business processes and internal systems.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory systems.
Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $67k-$85k annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.
