Position Overview / Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Engage in prospecting and qualifying leads to schedule key meetings.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development and other stakeholders to understand the competitive landscape and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to create and nurture contacts, actively building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Lead Handover: Maintain up-to-date records of accounts and interactions, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads to the Account Executive team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on programs and processes to ensure optimization and enhancement of team efforts.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and articulate effectively over the phone and in emails.
  • Sales & Marketing Familiarity: Knowledge of sales and marketing activities related to B2B operations, with a strong desire to develop further in these areas.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to establish credibility and rapport with new people, handling objections, and educating prospects in a consultative manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environments and contribute positively to team processes.
