Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and motivated General Laborers for work in Baltimore. In this role, you will support a range of construction tasks to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. You MUST be able to pass a background and drug screen  

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites.
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment.
  • Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to keep the work area organized.
  • Support skilled tradespeople as needed across various tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools.
  • Assist with tasks such as digging, mixing, and carrying materials.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of construction experience.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
  • Strong commitment to safety on the job.
