HR Generalist

We're adding an HR Generalist to our People Operations team — someone who thrives in recruiting, process improvement, and supporting a growing organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while improving how we manage people processes company-wide.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience sourcing and screening for specialized or niche roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and improve processes
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Bonus Points For

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PHR / SHRM-CP certification a plus

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments: write listings, source, screen, schedule, and coordinate offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation
• Maintain HRIS and ATS data accuracy; assist with metrics such as time-to-fill and sourcing trends
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and new-hire orientation
• Support HR projects such as engagement surveys, team initiatives, and policy updates

• Compensation: $62K - $72K annually (DOE)
