Position: Quality Administrator / Technical Records Librarian

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintains all aircraft related technical data, indexes and manuals in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Repair Station and established company procedures.
  • Maintains pertinent FAA regulations, specifications and airworthiness directive files in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintains revision control of working copies of manuals and technical data for all units. Maintains technical data revision sheets within established procedures.
  • Procures, catalogs and maintains technical data including manufacturer overhaul manuals, service bulletins, drawings and related technical and regulatory data.
  • Assists in annual inventory of working libraries as required.
  • Participates in the internal audit process as directed by the Director of Quality.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Superb written and communication skills.
  • Attention to details is a must.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years performing aviation records and library functions.
  • Knowledge of FAA Airworthiness Directives.
