Job Description

PCI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for its PCI Portland 553 Interior operations based in downtown Portland, OR. This is a high volume, detail-oriented position that includes the following duties:

  • Monthly preparation of customer billing packages.
  • Accurately entering billing information into our internal accounting software.
  • Matching information from ERP to customer billing forms.
  • Preparing additional documentation as needed including vendor waivers, bill of sales, insurance etc.
  • Working with project managers and customers to work through requested revisions and changes as needed.
  • Monthly collection attempts on all past due AR balances
  • Sending and monitoring pre-lien notifications to customers and owners.
  • Auditing Job setups to ensure accuracy.
  • Backup on shared responsibilities such as answering phones
  • Backup on other departments as needed for PTO coverage

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative construction experience is preferred.
  • Dependable, strong work ethic.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task.
  • Self-starter with time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn ever-evolving processes, taxes and laws.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Excel is a must
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.
  • 10-Key by touch
