About the Role:

Intellisoft is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Support Analyst (Tier 1)
to join our Support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring a positive support experience. You'll log and resolve service requests, analyze data to diagnose problems, and escalate issues when needed—all while maintaining clear, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical and application support to clients.
  • Respond to and resolve service requests, logging details in the ticket system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and system issues.
  • Follow up on open cases and escalate as necessary.
  • Document resolutions and relay customer feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and track response times.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical, software, or IT support experience.
  • Working knowledge of T-SQL (tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and common troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in airport security or aviation environments is a plus.
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology
