LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Deputy Program Manager to provide support to the IRSCI Tech Ops Program.LOCATION: RemoteThe Deputy Program Manager (Deputy PM) supports the Program Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of program operations across all subtasks. The Deputy PM ensures projects remain aligned with contractual requirements, government priorities, and the organization's Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (PPPM) strategy. This position serves as a key liaison between government stakeholders and contractor personnel, ensuring effective communication, operational efficiency, and successful delivery of all program objectives. This position is fully remote, and the selected candidate will perform all duties virtually. Occasional travel for meetings or training may be required, but the primary work location will be remote.Primary Responsibilities:Program Oversight and ExecutionSupport the Program Manager in the overall management of contract performance, deliverables, and resource allocation for all activities.Track and manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and task order requirements.Monitor program milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance in accordance with federal standards.Identify and assess project risks, dependencies, and mitigations, escalating issues to the Program Manager or COR as needed.Assist in the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and other planning documentation.Stakeholder and Government CoordinationServe as a secondary point of contact to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), other government officials.Participate in PM and >Participate in PM and IRS-CI government stakeholder meetings to ensure consistency and alignment to overall program initiatives and goals.IRS-CI government stakeholder meetings to ensure consistency and alignment to overall program initiatives and goals.Provide oversight and coordination across multiple task areas, ensuring consistent communication and execution across functional domains.Support preparation and delivery of status reports, metrics, and executive-level briefings to government leadership.Documentation and ReportingOversee completion of all project management documentation, including meeting minutes, action item logs, risk registers, and deliverable trackers.Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes summarizing outcomes, responsibilities, and expected completion timelines.Ensure all documentation complies with program management policies, data integrity requirements, and record retention standards.Strategic Alignment and Continuous ImprovementEnsure all projects are managed in alignment with the Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (PPPM) initiative and the organization's strategic goals.Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, streamline processes, and optimize communication channels.Support audits, data calls, and compliance reviews as required by the contracting authority.Provide input into policy updates, process standardization, and lessons learned documentation to support continuous program maturity.Required Qualifications:15+ years of experience in program or project management supporting federal contracts or government programs.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Certification in project management (Preferably PMP)Ability to obtain an IRS-CI High Risk Public Trust ClearanceDemonstrated experience managing or supporting multiple concurrent projects under complex contract environments.Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract compliance, and performance management.Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to engage effectively with government personnel, senior executives, and multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and standard project management tools.Company DescriptionLinTech Global is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2008 certified business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
