Compensation:

$150,000 - $225,000 yearly at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and business clients to facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with team members to create strategic marketing plans that effectively promote available properties.
  • Negotiate lease terms and sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Utilize our proven systems to identify potential clients and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Stay informed about local zoning laws and regulations to advise clients accurately and ensure compliance in all transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
  • Experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, business clients, and team members, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease terms and sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
