Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Implementation Specialist Support to manage small to mid-market client implementations. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients requiring simple to moderate plan setups. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to transition into a project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead SMB client implementations from kickoff through completion.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and brokers during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure accurate setup and compliance.
  • Track project milestones, report progress, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Conduct virtual meetings to review implementation steps and address client needs.
  • Document client requirements in project tracking tools (SAP, Smartsheet).
  • Ensure compliance with EyeMed standards and complete handoff to account service teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve client onboarding efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in client operations, support, or implementation roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP or CRM/project tracking tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
