Job Overview:

We are seeking a safety-focused professional to join our team as a Safety Solutions Implementation & Consulting Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in safety regulations and programs who wants to help clients improve their safety outcomes through technology solutions. You will primarily focus on consulting with clients on safety compliance, demonstrating safety software capabilities, and supporting implementation projects.

Responsibilities: 

Solution Demonstration:

• Deliver demonstrations of the core capabilities and key functionalities of the safety solutions.
• Provide support and guidance to clients, assisting them in the selection, implementation, and optimization of the safety solutions.

Solution Implementation:

• Assist in the implementation of safety solutions, ensuring smooth integration and configuration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the safety solutions implementation process.
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial / Process Engineering
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience using/implementing digital tools for safety improvement programs.
• Must have strong knowledge of safety programs and regulations, such as for Job Safety, SDS, LOTO, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to clients.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems.

Travel Requirements:

• Travel is sometimes required for this position, which may include visiting customer sites or hosting customers at the company's local offices. Other travel may include attending a Benchmark Gensuite conference or representing the Company at an external event or trade show.
  
• Travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, will be reimbursed according to the company's travel policy.
• The ability to travel and a valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation may be required.
