In this position, you will work directly with clients, guiding them through the complex steps involved in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. Your expertise and assistance will play a crucial role in delivering smooth and successful real estate experiences from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
  • Earn your stripes through our hands-on new agent training — built to get you in the field fast and confident.
  • Work side-by-side with a top-performing sales agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home.
  • Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for.
  • Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent.
  • Dedicate 10+ focused hours each week to lead generation — no fluff, just results.
  • Show up sharp for daily script practice — iron sharpens iron, and we level up together.
  • Stay plugged into the team — trainings, events, and culture aren't optional, they're fuel.
  • Lock in your weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our Partner Call — growth is a decision.
  • Keep your pipeline tight — log your activity and results daily.
Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

  • Real Estate License Required
  • 1-3 Years sales experience preferred
  • Positive, happy attitude
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes

  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
