Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming home environment.

This position involves cleaning private residences with care and discretion. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our clients' homes spotless and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing
  • Clean kitchens, including appliances, counters, sinks, and cabinets
  • Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, etc.)
  • Change bed linens and make beds, if requested
  • Laundry services (washing, drying, folding, and ironing, if requested)
  • Organize spaces such as closets and cabinets
  • Follow client-specific instructions and preferences
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low
  • Ensure security of home while cleaning (e.g., locking doors and windows)
  • Other cleaning or organizational duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Trustworthy with a clean background – background checks will be conducted
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (basic communication required with clients)
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays and/or weekends as needed
  • Positive attitude and respectful demeanor in clients' homes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high-end homes or clients
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly and specialty cleaning products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
