As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a lively hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents and delivering outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities or behaviors. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report on activities or incidents that may impact the security-related interests of the location, communicating promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and assist guests, staff, and/or visitors with security-related concerns.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
