Employee Benefits Account Manager

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and wants to make a tangible impact on how organizations care for their people.
As an Account Manager, you'll partner directly with our Vice President of Client Experience and clients to deliver an exceptional service experience — managing renewals, coordinating analytics, supporting plan design, and ensuring flawless execution across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of strategic benefits consulting for middle-market and national-account clients
- Own the day-to-day service relationship for a portfolio of clients
- Coordinate renewal timelines, vendor RFPs, day to day service, and implementation activities
- Analyze claims and utilization reports, identifying cost-containment opportunities
- Prepare client deliverables, financial exhibits, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with TPAs, Carriers, PBMs, and other vendor partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within CRM and project systems
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify ways to enhance the client experience
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits, preferably within a brokerage, consulting, carrier, or TPA
- Strong understanding of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance programs
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and follow-through
- High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (data and storytelling both matter here)
