Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in Government, Healthcare, Education, Data Centers or Commercial design projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical design projects in collaboration with the project management team from initial project development through project completion.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:

  • Represent Introba at meetings with project clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend association meetings, engaging with city, state, and federal officials.
  • Provide staff performance criteria and information to the Management Team.
  • Regularly meet with team members to address issues and implement action plans.
  • Provide workload forecasting for new projects and analyze progress for prospective unsecured projects.
  • Update Deltek Financial system with project plans regularly.
  • Recommend distribution of new work based on staff availability.
  • Train staff in design process phases for operational continuity during absences.
  • Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Implement programs to improve service, products, and systems quality.
  • Promote quality responsibility among design team members.
  • Assure field review services for adherence to contract documents.
  • Conduct studies to determine cause, effect, and corrective actions for deviations impairing designed standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering or closely related field.
  • P.E. license required with 12 years of Electrical building systems design and/or sustainable design experience.
  • Experience in the execution of electrical building systems design projects as a preferred role.
  • Proficient in specific technical software.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to providing innovative solutions.
  • High levels of integrity, always adhering to ethical, fair, and sustainable practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating within a diverse and inclusive team, working towards technical excellence.
