The Role

We're looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)

to help us accelerate growth by connecting with
technical leaders, founders, and executives

at small and mid-sized tech companies. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospects — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and fueling our sales pipeline.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in the QA automation space and play a key role in expanding our footprint across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct
    outbound prospecting

through email, LinkedIn, and calls to identify potential customers in the SMB tech sector.
- Engage with
CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Founders, and Product Leaders

to introduce MuukTest's value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on pain points, budget, and fit — and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to
refine messaging and outreach sequences

- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in HubSpot.
- Contribute ideas to optimize our outreach process and improve conversion rates.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in
    SaaS or tech-enabled services

.
- Comfortable speaking with technical audiences (developers, QA managers, CTOs).
- Strong communication and writing skills — able to personalize outreach and convey value clearly.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to learn.
- Boston-based or able to work hybrid from the area.
