We are a dynamic consumer goods company with a diverse portfolio of brands across the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories. Our products are sold through major retailers, e-commerce platforms, and specialty channels. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics, routing, and fulfillment operations across multiple brands.

Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth order flow from purchase order to delivery. This role supports all aspects of order management, logistics, EDI processing, routing compliance, and communication with warehouses, carriers, and retail partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily order processing, shipping, and fulfillment across multiple brands and retail partners.
  • Manage and verify routing guides, shipping instructions, and delivery requirements for major retailers.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and shipping documentation.
  • Handle EDI transactions (850s, 856s, 810s, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order flow.
  • Schedule and track trucking and freight pickups, working closely with 3PLs and carriers.
  • Communicate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and customer service teams to resolve shipping or order discrepancies.
  • Support the launch of new brands and products, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Maintain and update inventory, shipping, and tracking reports to monitor order status and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in sales, planning, and finance to ensure all operational tasks align with company timelines and customer requirements.
  • Assist with chargeback prevention and compliance by adhering to retailer routing and EDI standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain—ideally within consumer goods, beauty, or fashion.
  • Strong understanding of EDI systems, routing guides, and retailer compliance (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon, Macy's, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across brands and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary $70,000-$80,000
