If you're looking to break into advertising, this is your shot. As an assistant brand manager, you'll be in the middle of the action – supporting the work, the relationships, and the culture that make TRG unique. You'll learn how campaigns come to life, from big-picture ideas to the nuts-and-bolts details, all while building the skills to step into a brand manager role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Jump in wherever the team needs support – from keeping projects organized to contributing fresh thinking in brainstorms
  • Partner with brand managers to keep work moving: scheduling, prepping, proofing, and making sure no detail slips through
  • Work side by side with creative, media, production, and strategy teams to see how ideas move from concept to market
  • Learn the ins and outs of client relationships – and start to build your own by showing up with reliability and professionalism
  • Help track budgets, timelines, and deliverables so the team can focus on the big picture
  • Bring energy and curiosity to everything you touch – this role is about growth as much as it is about execution

What You Have in Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Internship or some relevant experience in marketing/advertising is great (but curiosity and drive matter just as much)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; Keynote a plus

This role is designed to launch your advertising career. As you build confidence in client service and project leadership, you'll have the opportunity to move into a brand manager role and take on greater ownership of the work and relationships.
