Department: Executive Office / Global Strategy & Digital Innovation
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Los Angeles, California / Hybrid Office
Company Introduction
Hashstacs (STACS) is a leading blockchain-based fintech company delivering enterprise-grade digital infrastructure for capital markets, ESG data management, and sustainable finance innovation. Through its advanced blockchain technology, Hashstacs enables financial institutions, asset managers, and corporates to digitize assets, streamline operations, and enhance transparency across the global financial ecosystem.
Founded with the mission to build the future of sustainable finance through technology, Hashstacs integrates blockchain, data intelligence, and automation to drive regulatory-compliant innovation. Its solutions power tokenization, digital custody, ESG reporting, and sustainable investment platforms for global institutions.
As part of its global expansion, Hashstacs is establishing a U.S. regional headquarters in Los Angeles to accelerate its growth across the Americas. The regional office will serve as a center for strategic execution, digital innovation, and partnership development — positioning Hashstacs as a trusted infrastructure leader at the intersection of blockchain, sustainability, and financial technology.
Job Overview
The Vice President of Digital Strategy (VPDS) will be a senior executive responsible for defining and executing Hashstacs' global digital strategy, driving innovation, transformation, and technology adoption across the organization.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VPDS will lead initiatives that align technology investments, data-driven insights, and digital transformation programs with corporate growth objectives. This includes building scalable digital frameworks, advancing blockchain-enabled business models, and fostering collaboration between business, technology, and client teams.
The ideal candidate is a visionary strategist and execution leader with a strong background in fintech, blockchain, or capital markets — capable of translating complex digital trends into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Transformation Leadership
Develop and lead Hashstacs' global digital transformation strategy, aligning technology innovation with the company's business vision and ESG goals.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives that expand market reach, operational scalability, and digital ecosystem integration.
Identify emerging technologies and digital trends — such as blockchain interoperability, AI, and sustainable finance platforms — to guide strategic decision-making.
Champion innovation and digital-first thinking across all departments and global regions.
Innovation & Product Enablement
Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and product teams to drive digital product innovation and enhance platform capabilities.
Define digital roadmaps that support new services, customer experiences, and market entry strategies.
Promote the adoption of blockchain and data-driven technologies that improve transparency, efficiency, and user trust.
Oversee pilot projects, proofs of concept, and go-to-market strategies for digital initiatives.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, regulators, and sustainability organizations.
Lead digital ecosystem initiatives to expand Hashstacs' influence in global fintech, blockchain, and ESG innovation communities.
Represent Hashstacs in dialogues with key stakeholders to position the company as a global thought leader in digital transformation.
Drive collaboration opportunities that enhance interoperability, sustainability, and data transparency in financial markets.
Data Intelligence & Digital Governance
Oversee enterprise-wide digital data strategy, ensuring data integrity, analytics capability, and compliance with global standards.
Implement frameworks for responsible data use, privacy, and governance.
Partner with technology, risk, and compliance teams to embed data-driven insights into business and operational decision-making.
Leverage analytics to measure the business impact of digital initiatives and optimize strategic investments.
Operational Alignment & Business Integration
Ensure digital transformation programs are aligned with operational, financial, and compliance priorities.
Translate strategic digital goals into measurable KPIs and performance dashboards.
Lead cross-functional task forces to drive collaboration between business units, technology, and customer functions.
Promote efficiency, innovation, and scalability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Culture Development
Lead, mentor, and develop digital strategy and innovation teams across global offices.
Build a collaborative and agile culture that encourages experimentation, design thinking, and creative problem-solving.
Partner with HR and senior leadership to attract top digital talent and foster organizational capability in innovation and transformation.
Represent Hashstacs at major fintech, blockchain, and sustainability conferences as an ambassador of innovation and strategic leadership.
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or executive management within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
Proven success in leading large-scale digital initiatives that deliver measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, emerging technologies, ESG frameworks, and data-driven business models.
