Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with resume sourcing, candidate screening, and prescreen phone interviews.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the coordination of HR employee events and engagement activities.
- Attend job fairs for help with set-up and tear-down.
- Maintain job advertisements and ensure postings are up to date.
- Any other HR administration tasks as assigned.
Administrative Support:
- Provide receptionist coverage when needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Provide administrative support with setting up meetings.
- Format, type, and scan documents for various departments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Accounting Support:
- Assist with end-of-month reconciliations and other accounting administrative tasks as required.
- Support financial documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist the accounting team with any other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist in taking rent payments on a monthly basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
