Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth, efficient site management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and thrives in a leadership role that balances operational oversight with community engagement. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction, monitoring financial performance, and supporting a motivated on-site team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of site operations
• Manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects
• Handle resident inquiries and maintenance concerns in a timely manner
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Build a positive community environment through events and resident engagement
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Develop and manage operating budgets; monitor expenses for efficiency
• Uphold community rules and regulations
• Maintain accurate administrative and operational records
• Prepare daily activity logs and monthly reports for the Board; attend monthly Board meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests
• Clear criminal background check required
• Flexible, dependable, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in property or facilities management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• College coursework or degree in business, property management, hospitality, or related field
• Familiarity with building systems such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, as well as housekeeping, administration, and security
