Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Site Manager to oversee daily operations at one or more managed properties. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and well-run communities while providing exceptional service to residents and clients. Our Site Managers are proactive problem-solvers who enjoy building strong relationships, leading teams, and ensuring every property runs smoothly.

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth property performance
  • Supervise maintenance, repairs, and vendor work
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Promote a strong sense of community through resident engagement activities
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service schedules
  • Prepare and track budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain cost-effective operations
  • Enforce community policies and uphold company standards
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports and participate in Board meetings

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • Able to pass background and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
  • Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or property management experience
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, reports)
  • Coursework or a degree in business, property management, hospitality, or a related field
  • General knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
