The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Assistant Controller with a broad range of responsibilities that are critical to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role involves overseeing various aspects of accounting operations, supporting audit engagements, optimizing financial systems and processes, and maintaining rigorous internal controls. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with other finance team members and departments across the company to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Apply GAAP accounting standards accurately and consistently across all financial reporting to ensure compliance and reliability
• Manage precise recording of journal entries, vendor expenses, and financial close procedures within major ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure system-driven calculations of ARR are accurately maintained and reconciled with reported revenue each month, leveraging automated processes for consistency and precision.

• Involves a meticulous approach to work, prioritizing accuracy and thoroughness to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Detail-oriented and organized, this individual prioritizes effectively, excels at time management, and anticipates well in decision making
• Ability to swiftly adapt to changes and maintain high performance under shifting conditions and challenges
• Ensures accurate financial reporting through expert knowledge of accounting standards.
• Leverages NetSuite expertise for business analytics and decision support.
• Process-oriented view to problem solving.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem solving.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Accounting experience within a B2B (business-to-business) industry
• 2+ years experience in Accounting Role
• NetSuite experience preferable
• Experience in PE backed software companies or high velocity M&A environments preferable
• CPA, MBA, or other post secondary pursuits preferable
