The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Assistant Controller with a broad range of responsibilities that are critical to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role involves overseeing various aspects of accounting operations, supporting audit engagements, optimizing financial systems and processes, and maintaining rigorous internal controls. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with other finance team members and departments across the company to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Apply GAAP accounting standards accurately and consistently across all financial reporting to ensure compliance and reliability
- Manage precise recording of journal entries, vendor expenses, and financial close procedures within major ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure system-driven calculations of ARR are accurately maintained and reconciled with reported revenue each month, leveraging automated processes for consistency and precision.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Accounting experience within a B2B (business-to-business) industry
- 2+ years experience in Accounting Role
- NetSuite experience preferable
- Experience in PE backed software companies or high velocity M&A environments preferable
- CPA, MBA, or other post secondary pursuits preferable
