As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
As a Technical Program Manager Lead at Google, you lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. You plan requirements with customers and own projects through the entire project life-cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span multiple locations, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
You will identify, scope, and manage projects that increase the value of Alphabet's Enterprise Network and other networking products and services to our users and customers. You will focus on our customers needs, aligning them with either our standard solutions or owning the end-to-end engineering of new products to the market.
You will gather a deep understanding of our users and customers, their needs and priorities, and ensure that our network products and services deliver the highest quality and value possible.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of technical program managers working across the North America and South America (NASA) region that design and deliver GEN services.
- Transform how we partner with our customers in the NASA region and globally. Act as advocate for our customers, and lead as a true owner of GEN services to these customers through close engagement, drive, and sustained excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Optimize our run functions which maintain our business. Identify opportunities to root cause defects and baseline KPIs/metrics, and use data to ensure we are focused on what matters.
- Act as a global lead for key programs that deliver significant business impact, expected to work collaboratively with globally distributed contributors.
