Success in this role relies upon managing, driving, and realizing impactful results in collaborative efforts across the enterprise. You'll be working with compliance, security vulnerability, and back-end infrastructure, so we need someone with a solid understanding of risk balanced with measurable results. The successful candidate will blend exceptional people skills with rigorous program management expertise.

  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for 2K Infrastructure & Security with Take-Two Interactive, focusing on engineering, support, infrastructure, tooling, legal, and enterprise software teams.
  • Drive Alignment: Facilitate infrastructure and compliance mandates into prioritized, actionable engineering work. Ensure technical roadmaps are aligned with business priorities and regulatory deadlines without sacrificing service velocity.
  • Conflict Resolution & Advocacy: Proactively identify and resolve organizational and technical friction points. Serve as an advocate for 2K engineering teams to Global Support, Security, Operations, Data, and Feature teams, clearly articulating technical constraints, resource needs, and trade-offs.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical risks associated with non-compliance or systemic operational flaws (patching, security findings, technical debt). Develop and execute program plans to mitigate these risks before they impact business operations or compliance posture.
Technical Compliance & Governance
  • Process Improvement: Partner with PMO and across 2K Technology teams to automate compliance evidence gathering and streamline compliance processes (e.g., access reviews, configuration management) to reduce manual burden on engineers..
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a holistic, data-driven view of the organization's technical compliance and vulnerability posture for executive review.
  • Operations: Ensure sustainable, predictable processes are in place to ensure ongoing closure and management of infrastructure and engineering processes. Drive issues to closure and ensure they stay closed by building compliance activities into everyday work.
