Matt the Miller's in West Chester, Ohio is currently seeking a part-time experienced and motivated Front of House Hourly Supervisor to join our team We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour part time

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry.
  • Guest Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Adaptability: Ability to roll with the punches and maintain composure during high-volume shifts.
  • Professionalism: Approachable, professional demeanor with excellent response management skills.
  • Leadership: Capable of leading productive pre-shift meetings and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in handling guest recovery opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail: Walks around the restaurant with "owner's eyes" to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Versatility: Comfortable supporting any front-of-house role and assisting on expo when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate the team, conducting effective pre-shift meetings.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Job Types: Part-time (Additional shifts in server/bartender/host capacity available if looking for additional hours beyond part-time FOH Supervisor hours)
