Reports To: General Manager

What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

• Serve others within your community in their time of need with fire, water, mold and other losses
• Perform restoration work for properties, such as cleanup activities, packing customer's contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities
• Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
• Operate routinely used tools and equipment
• Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
• Maintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelines

Role On The Team (Job Responsibilities)

• High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
