Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, or email to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting issues, and product or service questions
  • Follow established protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in our systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate active listening skills during all communications
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing feedback and participating in ongoing training sessions

Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with common software applications and internet navigation
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing learning mindset preferred
